Terms and conditions of sale
Your use of this website (urbantickets.co.uk) and purchase of any products/services within the website constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. It is advised that you read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.

Trademarks
The name(s) Urban Tickets and urbantickets.co.uk are solely owned and trademark of Urban Tickets Ltd, any attempt to use these names as a company or website may result in legal action.

Pricing
Price of tickets on urbantickets.co.uk are in UK £ sterling and include VAT where applicable at 17.5%. Every effort is made to ensure that prices on the website are correct, however in the event of error or change in price, we reserve the right to revise prices at any time up until the tickets go off sale. All reasonable steps will be taken to notify you of any changes before payment is processed.

Delivery Policy
Urbantickets.co.uk employs an e-ticket system. Once payment has gone through the ticket confirmation will be emailed directly to the address provided by the customer. This email will arrive within 15 mins of the transaction going through. This confirmation acts as the ticket and can either be redeemed at the venue for a physical ticket or act as a ticket itself. Photo ID and the card that was used to pay for the ticket must also be brought to the venue.

Urbantickets.co.uk occassionally offers physical tickets by post, in this instance tickets will arrive at least one week before the event takes place, if tickets are bought less than a week before the event date tickets will arrive within two days and go off sale two days before the event.

Exchange and Refund Policy
All ticket sales are non-refundable. In the event of urbantickets.co.uk making a mistake in the sales process, such sending a ticket to a wrong address, it is your duty to notify us as soon as possible so the problem can be rectified. On occasion urbantickets.co.uk may refund or exchange a ticket following a ticket refund request if the request is valid i.e. the event is cancelled or the customer after adhereing to the requirements of entry we're not permitted entry. Urbantickets.co.uk will not be responsible for refusal of entry for any reason, before you attend an event that you have purchased a ticket for you must ensure that all the promoters/venues conditions for entry are met. In the event that you are refused entry, no refunds will be available. Tickets are not transferable, the purchaser of the ticket(s) has to be present with a valid photo ID and the card used to purchase the ticket to guarantee entry.

Tickets cannot be exchanged after purchase unless the event is cancelled, rescheduled or the venue closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and tickets are not refundable. If the event is postponed the original ticket will be valid for the new date. If the advertised venue changes after the ticket is purchased, the customer will be notified and given the option of a refund, the customer must reply to this 24 hours before the event starts. If the event is cancelled a full refund will be available.

Liabilities and Responsibilities
UrbanTickets total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.

Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits the liability of UrbanTickets for death or personal injury caused by the UrbanTickets’s negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these Conditions shall be subject to the provisions of section 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

UrbanTickets will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

Misrepresentation
Your use of this website to purchase tickets means that you agree to accurately represent yourself when filling out payment pages. Any misrepresentation of yourself in an attempt to purchase tickets by deception, fraud or any other illegal means will result in your urbantickets account being disabled and ip address being blocked from being able to use urbantickets to purchase any products.
